Terms of use

1. Purpose

Caladeo Connect is a B2B network reserved for travel professionals (outbound agencies, inbound agencies, DMCs, tour operators). These terms of use govern access to the connect.caladeo.com website and the use of the network's services: member directory, inter-agency messaging, requests and offers, news feed, synchronisation with the Caladeo software.

2. Access to the network

Member access is subject to an application verified by the network team (registration, guarantees, references or verifiable evidence of activity). Acceptance of these terms of use, which include the quality charter, is given via a time-stamped checkbox when applying. Once the application is approved, membership is finalised by signing the full quality charter. Membership is revalidated annually. The public site is accessible to all, but restricted content (detailed contact details, documents, full feed, messaging) requires an active member account.

3. User accounts

Each member agency manages its own users (10 accounts maximum), under the responsibility of its administrators. Credentials are personal: each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for actions taken from their account. Any suspicion of unauthorised access must be reported without delay to reseau@caladeo.com. Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

4. Members' commitments

Members undertake to comply with the quality charter, and in particular: to respond within 48 hours to any request received, to keep their profile up to date, to respect the confidentiality of exchanges and not to solicit the end customers of other members, including during the twelve months following their departure from the network. The indicators displayed on profiles (response time and rate, rating) are calculated automatically from actual activity and cannot be negotiated.

5. Published content

Each agency is solely responsible for the content it publishes (profile, offers, Feed posts and comments, shared items). It warrants that it holds the necessary rights to the texts and visuals used. The publisher may remove without notice any content that is unlawful, misleading or contrary to the charter, and reserves a right of moderation over the Feed.

6. Exchanges between members

The network puts agencies in contact; it is not a party to any contract concluded between them. The quotes, offers, prices and services exchanged via the messaging system or Caladeo items bind only the agencies concerned, which contract directly with each other under their own terms of sale.

7. Availability and liability

The publisher endeavours to ensure continuous availability of the service, without any obligation of result: interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to use of the network, nor for content published by members, nor for the non-performance of a contract concluded between agencies. Nor may its liability be engaged in the event of force majeure or an event beyond its control.

8. Suspension and removal

In the event of a breach of the charter or of these terms of use, the publisher may suspend a member's profile or withdraw its access, under the conditions described in the charter's "right of withdrawal". The expiry of a mandatory document (licence, guarantees) results in the automatic suspension of the profile until it is regularised.

9. Subscription

Access to the network is linked to a subscription to the Caladeo software, whose pricing and contractual terms are defined separately. Termination of the subscription ends access to the network at the end of the current term.

10. Amendment of the terms of use

The publisher may amend these terms of use. Members are informed of any substantial change by e-mail at least 30 days before it comes into effect; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms of use are governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy between the French, English and Spanish versions, the French version shall prevail. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls, failing an amicable agreement, within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Auxerre.
