Escapade includes all users and all features; its only limit is activity volume: 10 active opportunities at once and 5 network requests initiated per month. Expédition lifts these limits: unlimited opportunities, 100 AI credits per month, unlimited network requests. Exploration adds maximum AI (1,000 credits per month) and the ability, unique to this plan, to invite non-member agencies to collaborate on an offer.
AI credits power Caladeo's assistance features: itinerary outline generation, help writing descriptions and quotes, follow-up suggestions in the CRM. One credit equals one generation. Escapade includes 10 per year, Expédition 100 per month and Exploration 1,000 per month; on the monthly plans, they can be topped up on demand.
Escapade is an annual subscription, Expédition and Exploration are monthly per user. All can be cancelled before their term, with no fees or justification. If you cancel, your agency profile is unpublished and your Caladeo data remains exportable for 90 days.
Our team verifies the legal existence and genuine activity of each applicant, then holds a video interview. Expect 5 business days on average between submitting the application and opening your Caladeo environment with your profile published.
It is the founding principle of Caladeo Connect: every agency in the network uses Caladeo daily. That is what guarantees smooth exchanges (requests and proposals move from one Caladeo to another through simple import / export, without re-entry) and genuinely committed partners, whose responsiveness is measured from their real activity. A network without a common tool would revert to a mere address book. Caladeo does not have to be your only tool, though: you can keep your current organisation and use it alongside, solely for your exchanges with the network.
